آشپزخانه بوفی، طراحی شده توسط پیرو لیسونی، شامل یک جزیره مرکزی، صفحه‌نمایش القایی، سطح‌های کورین و پیِترا کاردوسا، کابینت‌های سفارشی و لوازم Miele و Gaggenau است. نزدیک آن، پانل‌های شیشه‌ای یخ زده کشویی یک دفتر خانه/مدیا دِن را که می‌تواند به یک اتاق مهمان، باشگاه یا کتابخانه تبدیل شود، نشان می‌دهند.

یک نردبان معماری به سوئیت اتاق خواب اصلی هدایت می‌کند که دارای یک اتاق لباس، کمدهای ملحفه و یک حمام خصوصی با کف‌های گرم، آینه بوفی، وان غوطه‌وری کوهلر و دوش بارانی است. نردبان در طبقه اصلی به دو اتاق خواب اضافی، یک فضای نشیمن و یک حمام کامل با کاشی‌های موزاییک شیشه‌ای و گرمایش زیر کف می‌رسد. هر دو اتاق خواب دارای سقف‌های بلند، نورگیر، کمدهای توکار و پنجره‌های بزرگ رو به باغ عمودی هستند.

امکانات اضافی شامل تهویه مطبوع مرکزی، گرمایش کنترل‌شده با دماسنج با رادیاتورهای رنتال، یک اتاق لباسشویی با ماشین لباسشویی و خشک‌کن ال‌جی، کمدهای انباری، یک صفحه نمایش سینمای خانگی ۱۱۰ اینچی قابل جمع شدن با صدای فراگیر، نورپردازی LED سفارشی و یک سرویس بهداشتی که به وسیله بوفی طراحی شده است می‌باشد.
