PS 90 Condominium was designed by Curtis & Ginsberg Architects and received the prestigious Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award in 2011. The original collegiate Gothic-style exterior designed by Charles B. J. Snyder in 1905 was preserved while renovating the former high school into 75 stunning residences.
