یک لابی نیمه‌خصوصی آسانسور به یک گالری ورودی دوازده‌ فوتی باز می‌شود که به اتاق نشیمن بیست‌وچهار فوتی با سقف‌های بلند و شومینه‌ای مجلل و نورگیر از سمت جنوب منتهی می‌شود. اتاق غذاخوری با دیواری از پنجره‌ها و دیواری کامل از کمدهای توکار طراحی شده است. آشپزخانه با پنجره که بازسازی شده، دارای لوازم جدید میله، کمدهای لاک‌دار به ارتفاع سقف و فضای ذخیره‌سازی فراوان است. در اینجا همچنین یک اتاق اداری/کارکنان با حمام کامل وجود دارد.

A semi-private elevator landing opens onto a twelve foot entrance gallery leading to the 24 foot living room with high ceilings and an elegant fireplace and sunny south exposures.
