Originally constructed in 1929 and designed by renowned architects George and Edward Blum, 210 East 68th Street is a landmarked cooperative listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Residents enjoy a full suite of amenities, including a 24-hour attended lobby, beautifully landscaped roof deck, fitness center and bicycle storage, central laundry facilities, multiple elevators, a live-in superintendent, and more. There is a $20 application fee per applicant and one pet is allowed up to 25 lbs. Window A/C units are allowed.
