The building is pet-friendly and has bike storage for a fee. It features a glass-enclosed solarium with wifi and shared roof-deck with Hudson river views. Residents have the convenience of a laundry room in the basement and a live-in super and maintenance staff.

In addition to pied a terres, co-purchases, gifting and parents purchasing for children, the co-op uniquely allows unlimited subletting with Board approval after two years of ownership.
