این خانه اکلکتیک که توسط شرکت طراحی AD 100 به نام RP Miller طراحی شده است، از ساختار عالی به طراحی بی‌نظیر تبدیل شده است. با ورود به گالری دراماتیک با سقف‌های ۱۳ فوتی و کمدهای چوبی بلوط از floor to ceiling که فضای ذخیره‌سازی زیادی را ارائه می‌دهند، استاندارد بالایی تعیین می‌شود و نمایی به آشپزخانه باز با اجاق‌گاز سامسونگ، یخچال با پنل چوبی بوش و ماشین ظرفشویی و کابینت‌های سفارشی چوبی با سطح کار استیل ضد زنگ و کورین سیاه دارد. گالری به اتاق نشیمن/ ناهارخوری باز و پردرخش که به سمت جنوب می‌نگرد با سقف‌های بلند، پنجره‌های قوس‌دار، مبل‌های ال‌شکل طراحی شده توسط RP Miller و قفسه‌های کتاب ساخته شده از فولاد کربنی رول شده که توسط گابریلا شلتون طراحی شده‌اند، جریان پیدا می‌کند. در انتهای دیگر گالری درهای قاب سیاه‌شده شما را به اتاق خواب دوم که هم‌اکنون به عنوان دفتر/ اتاق مهمان استفاده می‌شود دعوت می‌کند، با پنجره‌های قاب و درهای دوتکه که به ایوان خصوصی شمالی آپارتمان می‌رسد، مکانی ایده‌آل برای مهمانی‌های در فضای باز. دیوارها و پنجره‌های اتاق خواب اصلی با پارچه‌ای طراحی شده توسط RP Miller پوشیده شده است که فضایی گرم و صمیمی ایجاد می‌کند. هر دو حمام به عنوان یک نصب هنری توسط مکس لامب طراحی شده‌اند و از کف تا سقف با ترزای مarmo-real لامب پوشیده شده‌اند. کف‌ها در سرتاسر این آپارتمان با بتن رنگ‌شده هستند که با حس صنعتی این خانه منحصر به فرد هماهنگی دارد.

این ساختمان که در سال ۱۹۰۰ ساخته شده و در سال ۱۹۸۶ به یک آپارتمان مشترک تبدیل شده است، یک ساختمان بوتیک ۹ طبقه با آسانسور است که ۶۲ واحد در موقعیت برتر ویلیج گرینوچ دارد. ساکنان از یک نگهبان مقیم، اتاق دوچرخه، اتاق لباس‌شویی مرکزی و خدمات دوستانه با حیوانات خانگی بهره‌مند هستند. در چند قدمی از غذاخوری‌های عالی، فروشگاه‌های بوتیک، بازارهای غذایی تخصصی (شامل وگمن و هول فودز) و پارک‌های نمادینی مانند پارک واشنگتن اسکوئر و یونین اسکوئر قرار دارد.

آپاتمان مشترک انعطاف‌پذیر است و اجاره‌نامه‌های کوتاه‌مدت، خرید مشترک، هدیه دادن، والدین برای فرزندان خرید می‌کنند و اجاره دادن با تأیید هیئت مدیره را مجاز می‌دارد.

Designed by AD 100 Design Firm RP Miller, this eclectic home has been transformed from great bones to great design. A high bar is set upon entering the dramatic Gallery with 13’ ceilings and floor to ceiling oak closets offering plentiful storage + a view into the open cook’s kitchen equipped with a Samsung stove, Bosch oak paneled refrigerator and DW and custom oak cabinets with stainless steel and Black Corian countertops. The gallery flows into the light filled south-facing open Living/Dining room with soaring ceilings, arched windows, RP Miller designed built-in L-shaped sofa and custom-fabricated rolled carbon steel library shelving designed by Gabrielle Shelton. At the other end of the Gallery blackened steel casement doors invite you into the second bedroom, currently utilized as an office/guest room with casement windows and double doors leading to the apartment's private north-facing terrace, a perfect place for al fresco entertaining. The walls and windows of the primary bedroom are covered with fabric designed by RP Miller creating a warm and intimate chamber. Both bathrooms were designed as an art installation by Max Lamb and are clad from floor to ceiling in Lamb’s Marmoreal Terrazzo. Floors throughout the loft are stained concrete, complimenting the industrial vibe of this one-of-a-kind home.

Built in 1900 and converted to a co-op in 1986, 35 E 10th Street is a boutique 9-story elevator building featuring 62 units in a prime Greenwich Village location. Residents enjoy a live-in super, a bicycle room, central laundry room, and is pet-friendly. Moments from fine dining, boutique shops, specialty food markets (including Wegman's and Whole Foods), and iconic parks like Washington Square Park and Union Square.
