معرفی خانه پریسمان. جایی که نور خم می‌شود، رنگ شکل می‌گیرد و خانه به یک بوم تبدیل می‌شود. این خانه به خاطر نمای فلزی موجدار و تیره‌اش نام گذاری شده است و خانه‌ای برای آن‌هایی که با سبک، هدف و نارضایتی از رنگ بژ حرکت می‌کنند، ارائه می‌دهد.

این ساختمان که توسط گروه معماران برنده جایزه استیون بی. جیکوبز طراحی شده و دکوراسیون داخلی آن توسط آندی پپر، طراح داخلی مشهور، انجام شده است، هر خانه در پریسمان برای الهام‌بخشی طراحی شده است، با چیدمان‌های باز و هوایی، پنجره‌های وسیع و مواد بی‌زمان که نور و انرژی طبیعی بروکلین را منعکس می‌کند. هر محل سکونتی مطالعه‌ای در فضا، بافت و نور است - طراحی شده است تا با شما تکامل یابد.

الف. هر فهرست مربوط به اجاره املاک مسکونی باید در چنین فهرستی به طور واضح و نمایان هر هزینه‌ای که مستأجر بالقوه باید برای اجاره آن ملک پرداخت کند را افشا کند.
ب. پیش از اجرای توافق برای اجاره املاک مسکونی، موجر یا نماینده موجر باید به مستأجر یک افشای کتبی تفصیلی از هر هزینه‌ای که مستأجر باید به موجر یا به هر شخص دیگری به دستور موجر در ارتباط با آن اجاره پرداخت کند را ارائه دهد. چنین افشای کتبی تفصیلی باید شامل یک توضیح کوتاه از هر هزینه باشد و مستأجر باید قبل از امضای توافقنامه برای اجاره آن املاک مسکونی، هرگونه افشای کتبی تفصیلی را امضا کند. موجر یا نماینده موجر باید افشای کتبی امضا شده مورد نیاز توسط این زیر بخش را برای ۳ سال نگه دارد و یک نسخه از چنین افشای کتبی امضا شده را به مستأجر ارائه کند.

20-699.22 Total fee disclosure. 
a. Every listing related to the rental of residential real property shall disclose in such listing in a clear and conspicuous manner any fee to be paid by the prospective tenant for the rental of such property.
b. Prior to the execution of an agreement for the rental of residential real property, the landlord or landlord's agent shall provide to the tenant an itemized written disclosure of any fees that the tenant must pay to the landlord or to any other person at the direction of the landlord in connection with such rental. Such itemized written disclosure shall include a short description of each fee, and the tenant shall sign any such itemized written disclosure prior to signing an agreement for the rental of such residential real property. The landlord or landlord's agent shall retain the signed written disclosure required by this subdivision for 3 years and shall provide a copy of such signed written disclosure to the tenant.
