آشپزخانه، با کارهای چوبی از اورناره، در زیر یک نورگیر بزرگ قرار دارد و یک جزیره دوازده و نیم فوتی با نشیمن برای حداکثر ۶ نفر، محیطی مناسب برای آشپزی و سرگرمی ایجاد می‌کند. یک سنگ مرمر کالی‌کتای پاونازو گرد شده سه اینچی نیز در قالب فضا، عنصر مدرنی را فراهم می‌کند و قفسه‌های سنگی با نورپردازی یکپارچه آشپزخانه نمایشگاهی را روشن می‌کنند، به علاوه یخچال دو قلو و فریزرهای دو قلو. در انتهای راهرو "آشپزخانه‌ای شلوغ" وجود دارد که با یک درب پاکتی به دو فر، یک کشوی گرم‌کن و یک یخچال شراب مجهز شده است.
