این خانه با یک تراس خصوصی (دوم) در طبقه پایین، سیستم گرمایش و سرمایش مرکزی از طریق سیستم نست، روشنایی ایتالیایی مینیمالیستی و پرده‌های خورشیدی در سراسر آن تکمیل می‌شود.

این منطقه نیاز به معرفی ندارد. واقع در قلب سوهو، شما فقط چند قدم با بهترین خریدها، رستوران‌ها، کافه‌ها و سرگرمی‌ها فاصله دارید (و فراموش نکنید که ایتالیا چند قدم دورتر است!). چند خط مترو در این منطقه نزدیک وجود دارد که باعث می‌شود جابجایی آسان باشد.

Rounding out this home is a (second) private outdoor terrace on the lower level, central heating and cooling via Nest system, sleek minimalist Italian lighting, and solar shades throughout.
