REQUIRED FEES:

Application Fee: $20 per leaseholder/guarantor. (non-refundable)

Lease Signing: First months rent and one months security deposit due upon lease signing 

Renters Insurance- renters must maintain an active policy.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas, boiler, HVAC unit,  cable, and internet (based on usage)
