One bedroom can easily fit a king size bed and the other bedroom can easily fit a queen bed. One of the bedrooms has beautiful bay windows allowing for lots of natural light and amazing views of the UWS. There are through the wall ac units. Great closet space can be found throughout the apartment. The bathroom is also nicely renovated. The building has an elevator and there is also a washer / dryer in the building. Incredible location just off Central Park West and 104th Street.

Very convenient to the B-C Subway and cross town buss on 96th street. You are also surrounded by great restaurants and shopping along with Trader Joe's and Whole Foods just blocks away.

Associated Fees

There is a $20 credit check fee per applicant. Tenants are responsible for all utilities with the exception of cold water( heat, electricity and gas)

At lease signing, the first month's rent and one month's security deposit are due.
