با طراحی مدبرانه، این خانه دو خوابه و دو حمام دارای پنجره‌های صوتی سه‌جداره از کف تا سقف با پرده‌های سفارشی، کفپوش چوبی بلوط سفید و فضای بیرونی خصوصی با نمایی از افق منهتن است. آشپزخانه شامل کانترتاپ‌های سزاراستون، آشپزخانه دارای هواکش و لوازم استیل کامل با ماشین ظرفشویی است. حمام با کاشی‌های سرامیکی زیبا تزئین شده است. همچنین در هر واحد یک ماشین لباسشویی/خشک‌کن بوش وجود دارد.

طراحی شده توسط Z Architecture PLLC، آتا یک برج مسکونی چشم‌نواز است که محل اقامت ۲۰ واحد استودیویی با اجاره است. نمای چشمگیر به‌طور هوشمندانه طراحی شده است تا چشم‌اندازها را در مناطق زندگی و غذاخوری به حداکثر برساند در حالی که حریم خصوصی در اتاق خواب‌ها حفظ می‌شود.

با اتصال به جامعه، آتا همچنین خانه‌ای برای ۲,۰۰۰ متر مربع فضای خرده‌فروشی است که قبلاً به بازار غذای Bonjour اجاره داده شده است. ساختمان آتا در محله Court Square در Long Island City واقع شده است که به‌راحتی تنها یک بلوک تا ایستگاه‌های مترو 7، E، M و G فاصله دارد. این ساختمان نزدیک به MoMA PS1، میدان موری و تعدادی رستوران و کافه در منطقه قرار دارد.
