In 1882, this Gramercy Park structure designed in Greek Revival style with red brick and penciled brownstone was constructed. Inspired by the rawness and rustication of stone and brickwork, the contrast between old and new, and the layering of history are all important dimensions of the design.

The STUDIO on the first floor has an 800 square feet space arrangement that offers multiple functionalities and uses. The current design has a variety of unique elements that can be observed throughout the space.
This storefront offers a space that is both eccentric and adaptable.
